Movement Studio:
• Top-floor, 600-square-foot open studio for custom temporary configurations
• Accommodates up to 40 people
• Available 7am - 8pm seven days a week; 9pm is the mandatory end time for the final class each day
• Single-use hourly rate: $45/hr
• Ongoing class hourly rate: $40/hr with 10% discount for 10 or more hours/month

Space is limited, so students must pay in full ($77) to Beth Umba via cash/check or Venmo @Beth-Umba … there are some contraindications and important intake information so unfortunately no walk-ins.

What participants need to bring: a mat or sleep roll, yoga mat or something soft to lay on, blanket and a neck roll or pillow if you can’t lie flat for 45 minutes, water bottle and a journal if you’re a journaler

Inferno Hot Pilates is a fun, challenging, full body, low-impact, high intensity workout using Pilates principles. Performed on a yoga mat and towel in a warm room with energetic music. Hot Pilates is an amazing workout that strengthens muscles and burns fat without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for any fitness level, and every move can be modified, making it a safe and fun workout for all!

Kinstretch with Tessa

Kinstretch will teach you how to assess your body's range of motion and increase your joint health. So many people walk around with aches and pains- accepting that this is a result of getting older or that they simply 'have bad knees or hips. In response, we limit activity, even the ones that bring us joy. This makes us feel even worse. Kinstretch will give you the tools needed to take control of how you feel, while reducing pain and mitigating future injury. Developed by Dr. Andreo Spina, Kin provides "movement enhancement systems that develop maximum body control, flexibility, and usable ranges of motion." What are your goals? Kinstretch will get you there faster. We use scientifically proven principles applied in a group training class setting to create improved joint health, body control, injury prevention, physical longevity, and greater movement capacity. The exercises are slow, controlled and will strengthen your joints so you can move better and in more ranges of motion.

Hello, My name is Deonne Poplawski, I am a Yoga Instructor, mother of 4 and an outdoor enthusiast. I discovered Yoga when I was in college and needed a PE credit. I immediately fell in love with the way the practice helped me to calm and balance my mind and helped me find joy in my joy body and soul. Over the past 30 years yoga has sustained me and helped me thrive through work stress, pregnancies, loss, injury and recovery.

With over 10 years of teaching yoga, I have a wealth of knowledge and experience. I bring a playful, supportive and fun energy to my classes. I believe that Yoga is for every “body” and offer modifications for all levels and abilities. My purpose for teaching Yoga is to help people find joy in their body, mind and soul. My style of Yoga will help you to stretch, strengthen and rejuvenate body, mind and soul.

Outside of my yoga practice, I am an avid runner, biker, hiker and very passionate telemark skier. I hold a 500 ERYT, 200 YACEP certification with Yoga Alliance. My initial training was Vinyasa style through UVM Yoga School. I have a Foundations Certifications through Energy Medicine Yoga (EMYoga) and 300RYT in Kundalini Awakening Yoga.

Ease into Monday

Mondays 9am

A welcoming yoga class for beginners and anyone easing back into the practice. This class focuses on gentle stretches, easy flows and playful movement to release tension and invite joy. Expect a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where it is ok to wobble, smile and discover the lighter side of yoga. Perfect for building confidence and reconnecting in your body.

Gentle Flow

Wednesdays 9am

This all-levels class offers a slower-paced yoga practice that focuses on mindful movement, breath and ease. Gentle Sequences and flowing postures will help release tension, improve flexibility and build strength without strain. Modifications offered for all levels, this class is for anyone wanting to move with calm and care. Leave feeling grounded, refreshed and centered. Stretch, strengthen and rejuvenate body, mind and soul.

HIIT Infused Vinyasa

Wednesdays 5:00pm

This dynamic class blends the fluid movement of VInyasa yoga with bursts of High-Intensity-Interval-Training (HIIT) for a powerful, full-body workout. Expect energizing flows, strength building intervals and plenty of breath-driven movement to challenge both your body and mind. With options for all levels, you’ll build endurance, increase strength and flexibility and finish with a grounding relaxation. Get your workout in and your Zen on at the same time.

Little Yogis 6-week Series

Wednesdays, October 15th - November 19th, 3:30-4:15pm

This playful yoga class invites children ages 4-8yo to move, breathe and play together. Through stories, songs and games, kids explore yoga postures that build balance, strength and flexibility.

Each session blends mindful movement with mindfulness, encouraging self-regulation, kindness and confidence- all while having fun.
